The Myth

Finally we caught it last Sunday, which is a quite interesting movie. :)

So far it was the 3rd time that Derick ever went to the cinema.
1st (Slightly above 1 yrs') : I still remember the title of that movie "Around the world in 80 days", a little bit boring movie done by Jacky Chan. Derick was asleep while the movie just started. About an hour later, he woke up and then made some noises. As prepared I gave him some snacks for chewing practice, he ate it up without stopping his little mouth. Anyhow he was quite cranky, we had to leave the cinema before the film was ending, it was terrible.

2nd (Almost 2 yrs') : We brought Derick to watch 'Madagascar', a quite funny catoon movie. However he couldn't enjoy it at all, we had no idea why he was so scared in the darkness at the cinema. He just kept pointing to the exit door. By all means we could manage to sit inside till the end of film, luckily it was a short one which lasts about 1.2 hours only.

3rd (At 2yrs & 4mths) : This time I told him in advance that we would like to catch a movie inside a dark and big room. The sound could be very loud, but you needn't be scared, since mom & dad would be sitting beside you. Der went inside and said "Loud, loud..." Q asked Der to close his eyes with his own hands if Der doesn't want to see some fighting plots. Der just followed the instructions. After a while, he stood up and was attracted by the numbers printed on the chairs. He figured it out "nineteen" and then kept moving on to read the number on my chair "Eighteen." After having counted all the chairs in a row "Seventeen, Sixteen, Fifteen, and so on.", Der sat back on the chair and I gave him some sweets. Amazingly we finished the movie in the end without any more noises from Derick.
