Birthday Gift

I got this watch as a birthday gift from Dear Husband. He didn't buy it specially for me though. Actually it is a 5 years' service rewards from his company and I asked him to choose this watch for me. :) Quite thick skinned? I think it is still a better choice than let him choose a kind of pocket watch. I bet he would drop it after using it only a couple of times. You can see it clearly that his company logo was attached on the chain.

So far I bought watch for myself only once. All my other watches were given freely by others as birthday gift. Like my Guess brand Watch was offered by my ex-boss in Jakarta, Swatch brand by my ex-colleagues in Singapore. If you ask me to pick out a favored watch for myself, I would really feel a big head-ache, got no idea of which brand to choose. Receiving it as a free gift is really simple & easy, I only need to wear it on my wrist with no second thought.

Tomorrow Q will fly to the States for 8 days' trip. I would become Der's only babysitter on duty for 24 hours. Hope I am strong enough to handle Der. Der is down with flu at the mean time, hopefully he would get fully recover from it soon.
